Our Story

1989'da küçük bir dükkan,
today an integrated production ecosystem.

Hicret Gıda was founded in 1989 in Kayseri as a small family shop. The first day produced what we still summarize as "nuts that bring joy and legumes that bring flavor to kitchens." Preserving Anatolia's rich flavor heritage and keeping quality at the highest level — these were the founder's principles from day one.

Today, under the second generation's leadership, we run sieving, roasting, packaging, and distribution as an integrated whole in our 12,000 m² indoor facility. With 300+ product varieties we serve all 81 cities of Turkey and provide tonnage-based supply to B2B partners.

Our story, started in a small shop in Kayseri in 1989, has grown into a 12,000 m² integrated facility serving 81 cities.

A 12,000 m² indoor production facility went live in Mimarsinan OSB. Sieving, roasting, and packaging became integrated.
